I’m Marie-Ange André, aka Ange, a real estate professional whose journey is as unique as the properties I help my clients discover. With 13 years of experience, I’ve built my career across three distinct regions, each contributing to the person and agent I am today.
I began my professional path in France, where I spent 5 years working in real estate. The fast-paced, high-demand environment of the French market taught me the importance of detail, precision, and negotiation. But it also sparked my desire for something more—an adventure, a different way of living.
So, I made the bold move to the Caribbean. There, I was introduced to a more relaxed, yet equally dynamic lifestyle. It was in the Caribbean that I discovered the joys of surfing and truly connected with the vibrant, laid-back culture of the islands. But one thing never changed: my passion for real estate. I continued to serve clients in this new environment, helping people find homes, businesses, and investment opportunities, all while embracing the beauty of the ocean and the warmth of island life.
Five years ago, I arrived in Costa Rica—a place that captured my heart with its natural beauty, sense of community, and commitment to sustainability. I’ve been sharing my time between Caribbean and Costa Rica, to finally settle down and continue my real estate career, combining my global experience with a deep appreciation for this country’s rich culture and biodiversity.
Now, with my expertise spanning from Europe to the Caribbean, and now Central America, I offer a unique perspective to my clients.
